Brief: "The Deli Garage" food label’s range was to be expanded and packaged using the label's typical form and aesthetic that borrows from garage and workshop products.
Challenges and Key Objectives: The delicatessen products are packaged with loving care, and with useful tools enclosed. The ‘how-to-use’ instructions are passed on, humourously, by way of pictures and graphic designs.
How We Arrived At The Final Packaging: New additions are Brickstones (cake mix in miniature cement sacks), Cooling Water (mineral water for on the road), Filler (chocolate spread - smooths out hunger holes), Candy Tools (screwdriver-shaped lollipops), Bee Glue (for sticky honey adhesion), Parmesan Cheese Pencils (includes sharpener), and two more brand-new shades of Food Finish (edible spray-on food colouring).
Results: The Deli Garage Shop registered a 50% increase in sales over one year.
